Saturday February 25, 2012 is the CAM Frozen Toes Party and Cookout 12:00 noon until. This is to raise money for C.A.M. in the case of emergency help needed for a fallen fellow biker that needs the help until he or she gets back on their feet. EMERGENCY HELP

Hotel reservations & Pre-registration Open on Saturday 2/18 @ 9am
The 2012 SCRC Ga State Rally Team is pleased to announce the release of the hotel rooms. Make sure and book your room so you are not left out of the biggest party of the year!
Reservations will open at our rally hotels* on Saturday 02/18/2012 at 9:00am. *(Best Western not until 11:00am) Before we begin we need to put a few things out there-
#1- The host motel’s will not take reservations before the above time and date listed so please do not aggravate the staff
#2- Only one room per person and only one per phone call.
#3- There is a 3 day cancellation policy at each of the hotels and a 2 night minimum stay at the host hotel.
#4- PLEASE ONLY RESERVE THE ROOM YOU ARE GOING TO USE!!!!! We can not say this enough. Every year we have people who hold several rooms thinking that they MIGHT need them for someone then at the last minute they are left trying to dump them. Please be considerate of others and do not reserve more than the room that you actually need. Host Hotels:
